If you currently have children enrolled at Rock Valley Community Schools and you have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account, complete the following:
REMEMBER! Before beginning this new Online Registration process, you must have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account to begin. If you do not have an existing Portal Account, please refer to the Parent Portal instructions above.
STEP 1 – INFINITE CAMPUS ONLINE REGISTRATION
Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once you are logged in, click on "More" menu on the left-hand side. Then, choose Online Registration.
To complete the Online Registration Application, you will need to review each pleat, make any corrections needed, then click the Next button. Once each pleat within the application is completed, you will be directed to click the SUBMIT button. You may also print a copy of your application before submitting. You will receive an email confirmation at several points throughout the process to keep you informed of any changes to the status of your application. Once you submit your household application, return to the portal menu and click on fees.
STEP 2 - PAY FEES
Registration fees are assigned and accessible through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. To pay Registration fees, when logged in to your account, click “Fees” on the left-hand side. Payments can be easily made through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal by e-Check or debit/credit card, or by bringing cash or check on Registration Day, August 10, 2023. All fees must be paid by August 18, 2023.
Additionally, you will have the ability to purchase Yearbooks through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. While still in the Fees section, at the bottom of the page, it will say Optional Fees. When you click on this button it will bring you to another page that lists the optional items you may purchase. You can add any of those items to your cart and then checkout. Payments can be made by debit/credit card or e-Check within the Infinite Campus portal or by bringing cash or check to Registration Day on August 10.

NEW: ACTIVITY TICKETS - PURCHASE THROUGH BOUND
Activity passes will be all digital this year. No family passes or individual passes will be printed beginning this school year. These passes will need to be purchased through Bound software. Due to this change, activity tickets will not be available for purchase through Optional Fees in Infinite Campus. If you would like to purchase digital passes, you can find Activity Ticket information on our website under the Athletics button.
COMPLETING A FREE AND REDUCED MEAL APPLICATION
If you have not received a notification letter in the mail regarding your free and reduced price meal status via direct certification from the state and you feel you may qualify for free or reduced price meals, please complete the 2023-2024 Iowa Application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals. This application is available on our website, or in the High School Office. The Application may be returned at any time. However, to have your fees considered at Registration, the Application including the Waiver Statement must be completed and returned to the High School office by August 7, 2023. Students who have been designated free or reduced via state eligibility (or application) will need to return the Waiver Statement to school for Book Fees to reflect free or reduced.
