Elementary Students Perform in
Christmas Program
Each year the elementary
classes join together and present a Christmas musical. The 1997 musical was entitled
"It All Happened in the Country." The musical centered around a
couple of city kids who were stranded in the country with some good ol' country
folks. Their new country "cousins" shared with them the real meaning
of Christmas. Also a part of the program was the traditional performance of a
Christmas carol in sign language. This year the elementary students sang and signed
"The First Noel."
